Fried Cabbage
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage, chopped
½ c butter
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tbsp salt
Olive oil
Directions:
In a large pan, melt the butter over low-medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the seasonings and stir to combine.
Cover for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover for another 10 minutes. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
